When it comes to consulting, we rarely hire any sub contractors, since we have a good poll of resources in all IT related modules working full time with our company. This will be a cost saving factor for clients that use our consulting services directly since we are eliminating any additional mark ups charged by the staffing companies. In rare scenarios where we have to bring in a sub contractor for the client, we only charge 10% mark up on the sub contract rate.
