Sr. Consultant – HCM Systems
Responsibilities:

Business Analysis: Analyze business requirements, create functional specification documents, map HR processes to HCM systems and perform gap analysis. Estimate efforts for development and configuration activities for system enhancements; refine and automate business processes. Work with Business teams to build road maps for HCM system implementations.

Technical Analysis: Analyze technical landscape and provide recommendations for performance improvement and improve system stability. Review technical specification documents and work with developers to implement technical changes. Design and architect interfaces, data conversion programs and batch programs. Debug code to resolve production issues.

Application Ownership: Support SAP Learning Solution and SuccessFactors BizX applications. Interface scheduling and managing, issue analysis, troubleshooting and resolution. Issue notification and reporting, execution and monitoring of ad-hoc data load requests. Provide production support to business applications.

Project Management: Prioritize projects and mini projects. Work with external vendors to understand contractual obligations. Work with cross functional teams to coordinate implementation efforts. Act as a liaison between IT and Business.

Quality Management: Ensure deliverables meet the expectations of the client per the contract and identify improvement areas in terms of support and functionality of SAP LSO and SuccessFactors BizX applications. Work with Quality Assessment team to validate test scripts. Conduct User Acceptance Testing for Business Users.
Requirements:

Masters in MIS / IT, or closely related and 3 years relevant experience; or, alternatively, Bachelors in one of same fields of study and 5 years relevant progressive experience. Foreign degree equivalents accepted.

Experience must include skill sets of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors BizX.
Full time position Denken Solutions, Inc.’s headquarters in Orange County, California. May be assigned to various unanticipated client or project sites anywhere in the United States.
